WINLEDA - Software for controllers and control system Tronic 2000

Through our software WINLEDA we are coming in quite new conception of programming for controllers series TRONIC 2000. Mainly, in the most others controllers, is new software created by simple parameterisation of programme, which is an integral part of controller. Consumer (final user) is then very restricted, in the possibility and quality, how to reach through this way the optimal operation of control loops. In the other hand by the help of different graphic methods could create the programme. It's already indeed rather complicated activity to expect appreciable knowledge and experience in the line of measuring and control systems. While our developing system WINLEDA offers the possibility to create programmes of complicated technologies by both skilled programmers and non–experts alike. It is assumed the basic knowledge work on PC only. Our SW system employs the method of objects parameterisation, at which user pick out of full election offers. Any time, when the user needs some advice, it will be solved by wide help system.

Creation of personal display unit

Volume of display unit on data station operators determines ourselves. It can be indicated the basic information only (temperature, pressure etc.), or created full tree of display, to which can be inserted all information (time programs, set parameters, control actuators etc.).

In SW WINLEDA can be so ever created wide tree of displays and used full possibility of two kinds of data station (2x16 digits, 5 keys or 2x40 digits, 27keys).

Graphs for commissioning&Operators straff

After creation and loading of programme into the controller is required, in many times, to observe the progress of different temperatures, pressures etc. Up to 99 graphs are prepared and can be used for that purposes to each of them is possible to placed and followed up to 10 variables. In that graph can be acquired variables at selected time, moved X-axis, set a finer resolution and created data archives and reports. Software WINLEDA allows to observe on-line input/output values, change the control setting, set points and so on.

Data recording, archives

Series TRONIC 2000 are equipped by memory space type RAM disk about sizes 44 up to 256kB according to the type of controller. This space, with advantage, will be used and choice for data-storage in selecting period. Data fulfils step by step the RAM disc and before its overfilling is necessary to download the data to a PC a save them in an archive. The numbers of saving data, recording period and archive length are created in the programme designing stage. No loss data in case of power supply.

Remote control and monitoring by phone or GSM

If the phone or GSM modem is connected to the RS232 port, it is possible to monitor/control the process technology remotely. Being used GSM communication it is possible to received text messages with information about the process state, or possibly to send commands (switch on/off, reset set points, etc.) using SMS messages.

Time programmes

For process control can be used six variants of the above. Each day can be divided up to 96 time-spans of 15 minutes. By operator staff can be one most convenient programme selected to process control. It is possible to set the time programs from the operation terminal or PC while the station is running.

Documentation

After programmed debugging the WINLEDA-SW prepares documentation for the whole new solution, prints it, and saves to a disk. You are receiving a complex protocol describing the circuits' parameters setting, I/O points, and communication.
