VIZLEDA - visualization for process & technology

Visualization (i.e. software for PC and operators work stations). This SW has been created in design environment Visual Basic for technology& processes, control by stations and controllers TRONIC 2000. Visual Basic (using for screens proposal the assembler itself) by the help of wide modular libraries VIZLEDA that consist from two major part of:

TDS communication system - arrange connection between systems TRONIC 2000 and operators work stations (PC).

Library VIZLEDA – set OCX elements and DLL libraries that the in environment Visual Basic link in conjunction with the user proposed screens to the final project / application.

Project preparation by customer

• Definition of connected stations, addresses, communication etc.
• Creation of end - user screens – stretch background (e.g.. pictures in Corel), objects – texts inserting, descriptions, armatures, instruments etc., objects connection with information points (TDS system)
• Creation of user's menu and connection with screens
• Definition of failure schedule
• Definition of progression chart schedule – tiger
• Definition registered values schedule
• Definition registered events schedule
• Definition of printing schedule
• Definition of alarms – delay, report over SMS and so on
• Adjusting of competence and next parameters (cancelling of older data, printer, and so on)

Project creation

After project preparation are added all system pages VIZLEDA and all library function and created project on platform Visual Basic.

Creation of application

• Customer have to be in possession to keep the product Visual Basic standard
• In environment VIZLEDA will give command to create application and VIZLEDA setting - off translator Visual Basic and creates application
• At the end will be prepared installation CD
