Power supply industry
TRONIC CONTROL ® s.r.o. is a producer of control systems and a supplier to the power supply industry:
Monitoring and control of electric energy consumption (¼ hour and 1 hour maximum)
The freely programmable control system TRONIC 2000® is designed to solve small, as well as very large, applications of measuring and control of electrical energy consumption. The control algorithm has a very wide field of application based on the requests of our customers. The software parameters provide detailed knowledge of electricity consumption and in this way customers have a chance to negotiate the correct consumption diagram.
Our system controls the consumption exactly in accordance with agreed parameters. It switches all specified equipment on or off, in accordance with process priority, to ensure negotiated values are not exceeded. The parameters can be changed at any time in accordance with changing requirements. The customer therefore does not need to overestimate his requirements and thereby pay a penalty for not consuming the contracted amount.
Monitoring of electricity, water, gas, heat and air consumption
The TRONIC 2000® systems offer solutions for energy monitoring. Monitoring can be based on either pulse data or data transmission via a communication interface to different meters (heat, gas, water, air, electricity etc). Either method can use metallic cable, wireless, phone/GSM or Ethernet. Monitoring can be extended step-by-step and the meters connected to a supervisory centre.
TRONIC CONTROL® has developed the software package TOTRON® for monitoring the received information. This system gives customers the possibility of creating different types of summaries for balancing, invoicing, distribution as well as many additional functions.
Supervisory centre in the electricity industry
TRONIC 2000® control systems include a variety of communication possibilities to allow and create wide data networks and to control all activity from a supervisory centre. The supervisory centre is able to integrate additional control technology from additional sources such as:
Boiler room, boiler house, boiler plant, power supply, heat exchanger unit, heat exchanger station, ventilation and air-conditioning units, cooling units, data collection from various meters, fire and security protection systems and many others. Communication subsystems are open and allow minimisation of costs and process optimisation and safe energy.
- On-line display of all technology
- Remote control of technology from the centre
- Archiving of data and records of staff intervention
- Remote supervision via the internet
- Printouts of specific data and alarms
- Organization of data for further processing and display of history using the TOTRON SW
- Daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly printout of selected data
- Connection to company computer network (LAN/WAN) and access to authorised users.
- Light and sound alarms at specific places with push-button release
